Bradley Tan @bradleytattoo

Before he founded Oracle Tattoo, Bradley began his practice as a tattoo artist from the couch in his childhood home in 2003 – for him, the permanence of tattooing was a sacred craft. It all started when he tried to buy tattoo equipment from a shop at 15 years old. The owner saw the potential in his sketchbooks and offered him an apprenticeship. A chance encounter had sparked a lifelong relationship between ink and skin.

Today Bradley is one of the most renowned, black and grey realism tattoo artists in Singapore. He continues to evolve his craft by the inspiration from clients, and the ever-growing community at international tattoo conventions.

Bradley enjoys tattooing human portraits, film and music icons. If you’re getting inked by him, talk to him about cars, watches, and fishing!

Chester Lee @oddtattooer

Chester Lee's career in tattooing began when he gave himself his first tattoo when he was 13. Not one to shy away from the unconventional route, he self-taught himself the ropes of the then unorthodox career path. Since then, Chester has experimented with oriental and  neo-traditional tattoo work.

However in recent years, Chester shot to international fame with his massive blackout work, taking it to a higher level of artistry, with clean lines, even coverage, and body-flowing compositions.

Chester hones his skills by experimenting with various ideas, especially on trusting clients that may offer a 'clean canvas' to him.

Sean Chua @seansean83

As one of the most experienced artists at Oracle Tattoo, Sean is rarely fazed by challenging client requests. Whether it is cover ups, reworks, or creating a complex piece from scratch, Sean shows us how it’s done in colour or in black & grey realism!

His interest in tattoos was sparked by films he watched in his youth. Although Sean officially started tattooing in 2001, he experimented tattooing on himself at 16 years old. Eventually, Sean went abroad for a few years, after serving his national service, where he got to practice his craft. He had soon become a mentor to newer tattoo artists.

Sean’s greatest joys include oil painting and spending time with his family, perhaps that’s why he’s drawn to tattooing realism – as it is an art form which allows him to capture and preserve, fondly animated moments on skin, for others.

Jen Tan @tattycattyjen

A dedicated artist constantly pushes their creative and technical boundaries. This is especially true about Jen whose competitive nature has led her here.

Jen may be the newest addition to the Oracle Tattoo family, but she’s been tattooing since 2011. As an animal-lover, Jen was initially known for her adorable cat illustrations and intricate line work, she looked to expand her repertoire with realism tattoos.

Jen’s eye for colour, and her newfound passion for realism, is a dreamy combination for anyone looking to get their favourite animal or a beloved pet immortalised on skin. Tattooing realism has undoubtedly elevated her work in both style and skill. She continues to grow her understanding in both colour, and black & grey realism under the guidance of Oracle Tattoo.

While Jen is always hungry for more creature features, it’s doesn’t hurt to share your snacks with her!

Logan Ramsam @badboy.lolo

Logan got his first tattoo at 14, and has ever since envisioned becoming a tattoo artist. However, he studied and worked as a motion graphics designer, and wall muralist, before teaching himself how to tattoo.

In 2020, Logan finally took a leap of faith and chased his dreams in becoming a full-time tattoo artist. He joined the Oracle Tattoo family to deepen his practice in black and grey realism.

Logan’s career in tattooing may have arrived at a late start, but his work consisting of human portraits and film icons, are crafted at a highly professional level. His inspiration is a culmination of the people and experiences around him.

He believes that his hands and eyes are his most essential tools, and keeps them sharp by playing tennis in his free time.

Sheene Khor @sheenzzie

Many may not believe that Sheene started her tattooing journey in 2021. Her black & grey realism work is a testament to her devotion and talent; surpassing what most would generally expect of an apprentice. Not surprising once you realise she spends most of her free time sketching and working on ideas.

As an artistic avenue for Sheene, tattooing is a blend of aesthetic creation with personal expression. Being a part of people’s self expression is what inspires and motivates her.

Sheene believes that tattoos can be empowering, because of the emotions experienced from getting a tattoo. Fascinated by tattoos due to its mark-making transformation of the skin, and how it encapsulates art in an aging canvas, she fell in love with the unique ritual of it – the process and the passion that comes along with tattooing, every day.

She enjoys tattooing antiques, renaissance art, mythological and botanical themes.
